Booking Policies

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.

Room payments
Rooms are paid in full at the time of booking. Rates are Bed & Breakfast. A Friday and Saturday night supplement of KSh 500 per room applies.

Event and conference payments
A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 3 days before the event. Bookings made within 3 days of the event are paid in full. We do not offer credit.

Children
Children 0-3 sharing with parents stay free. Children 4-12 sharing pay 25% of the room rate. Children 4-12 in their own room pay 75% of the room rate.

Currency
All payments are charged in Kenya Shillings. US dollar rates are converted at approximately KSh 130 per dollar.

Payment methods
M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard, processed securely online. You can also pay at reception.

Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible on 0716 388 629, 0726 178 319 or info@shangrilagardens.co.ke. Event deposits hold your date and are not refundable, but may be moved to another available date by agreement with management.

Venue use
Garden day use runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Night events require the night package (lights and security). Outside catering attracts a corkage fee of KSh 5,000. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their event.
