What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, booking details (dates, guests, event type) and, where you choose, your billing details. Card and mobile money payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack; we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, send receipts and reminders, answer your enquiries, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and process payments, or where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the booking cart and checkout. Optional cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie settings button.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for statutory record-keeping periods.
